One photographer covers up to around 300 guests. For bigger balls we bring more of the team, and the night is priced per hour across the whole team.

Add a videographer alongside the photographers for a film of the night. Ask for a quote.
Guests find their own photos
Every ball gets an online gallery, ready to download and share, and guests can find the photos they appear in with a selfie.
Your selfie never leaves your phone. It's turned into a set of numbers that's matched against the gallery and not kept. Available on galleries where it's switched on.

Most balls run about 4 hours: $445 with one photographer for up to around 300 guests, or $850 with two. Bigger rosters are priced per hour across the team.
Travel outside Brisbane and the Gold Coast is quoted. Everything is in your written quote.

How many photographers do we need for our ball?
One photographer covers up to around 300 guests. Over that, or if you'd like more angles, we'll add more of the team.
How much does ball photography cost?
For clubs and societies, one photographer starts from $290 for 2 hours, and a typical 4 hour ball is $445, including unlimited images, editing and digital delivery. Two photographers for 4 hours is $850.
Can guests find their own photos?

Do you photograph formals and society events too?
Yes. Formals, galas, cocktail nights and society events of every size.
Can you quote and invoice our club?
Yes. Quotes and invoices are made out to the club or society, ready for your treasurer.
Do you cover balls on the Gold Coast?
Yes. We photograph balls across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
